- Operate and maintain machine shop equipment with expertise and safety.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage a wide range of projects across different industries like agriculture, high-performance, diesel, and more.
- Provide accurate job estimates, manage resources effectively, and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain open communication with customers throughout project duration.
- Perform various machine shop tasks, including engine rebuilds, machining, and reconditioning of engine parts.
Requirements
- Manual dexterity skills for machining and assembly operations.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Mechanical inclination.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 70 pounds regularly.
- Proficiency in standing, lifting, twisting, bending, walking, sitting, and some computer knowledge.
