Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated General Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our operations at CMG Services LLC. As the head of the company, you will provide strategic leadership, oversee operations, drive business development, manage finances, and ensure the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and strategic direction to ensure company growth and profitability.
• Oversee all operational aspects, including project management, quality control, and safety compliance.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in the roofing or construction industry.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in roofing or construction.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, project management, and financial analysis skills.
• Leadership, team-building, organizational, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Adaptability to changing market conditions and industry trends.
