General Manager

Job Description

10 Fitness is seeking a dedicated and dynamic General Manager to ensure the delivery of the exceptional 10 Fitness member experience. The ideal candidate will be a supportive leader, committed to maintaining a clean, friendly, and well-functioning club environment. As a key figure in the team, the General Manager will oversee various aspects including staff management, customer service, club cleanliness, and safety protocols.

Management Responsibilities

• Communicate with Senior Management and Human Resources.
• Ensure optimal staffing levels and foster employee development.
• Lead meetings to address policy changes, sales updates, and coaching sessions.
• Manage inventory, club finances, and vendor relationships.

Member Experience

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to all members and guests.
• Promote club offerings and maintain a positive and interactive environment.
• Handle member inquiries, service issues, and ensure safety measures are followed.

Club Cleanliness and Safety

• Maintain a clean and organized club environment.
• Conduct routine safety checks and address maintenance concerns promptly.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1-2 years of sales/customer service and leadership/management experience.
• Basic computer skills.

Certifications & Education

• High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks.

Work Environment

• Exposure to mechanical parts and moderate noise levels.

Compensation: $42,000 - $50,000 Yearly Salary
