About the Role
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our expanding HR department in Rockdale, TX. As an HR Manager, you will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, policy enforcement, development programs, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruiting and HR processes.
- Lead development initiatives and employee performance management.
- Coordinate with other departments to achieve company objectives.
- Oversee benefits administration, leave management, and employee relations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
- 4-6 years of progressive HR experience, at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
