CTMS, a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP), is looking for a Full-Time IT Maintenance & Auditing Technician to join our Technical Department. Candidates should be based in the greater Akron, Ohio area and possess a mix of IT infrastructure management, monitoring skills, and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct real-time monitoring of IT infrastructure for performance issues and security threats.
• Create and maintain documentation of processes and procedures.
• Generate reports on system health, performance, and security.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance.
• Respond to alerts, analyze root causes, and provide top-notch customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, IT certifications, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and monitoring.
• Familiarity with tools like ConnectWise Automate, SolarWinds N-central.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of IT security principles.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus.
• Effective communication skills for remote collaboration.

Compensation

Salary: $38,000-$45,000 annually, based on experience.
