Senior Construction Project Manager (Remote)

Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly experienced senior project manager to join our team at Pyramid Global Hospitality. As part of our project management division, you will play a vital role in overseeing and executing hotel construction projects, working closely with the Vice President of Project Management to ensure the successful completion of all assignments. Your responsibilities will include assisting in project planning, managing project budgets, coordinating with various stakeholders, and monitoring project progress to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing all hotel construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers on multiple projects.
• Develop detailed project budgets for review.
• Manage relationships with consultants, contractors, and operational staff.
• Coordinate design and construction teams.
• Review and approve various project documents and proposals.
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality and compliance standards.
• Report project status to the management team and address issues promptly.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive project management experience, focusing on hotel projects.
• Willingness to travel as needed for project requirements.
