Job Description
Liberty Healthcare Management is currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice Clinical Manager - RN to join our team in Thomasville on a full-time basis. As a key member of our staff, you will coordinate case management, supervise care staff, and ensure the highest level of patient care while upholding our values of strength, dignity, and compassion.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate case management of all patient services.
- Supervise assigned Care staff and provide direct patient care as needed.
- Document patient care and staff performance accurately.
- Assist the Administrator as required for efficient operations.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in North Carolina with a minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience.
- In-depth knowledge of hospice/homecare regulations and strong critical thinking skills.
- Ability to organize work effectively, provide cost-effective hospice services, and ensure timely documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in computer applications.
- CPR certification.
