Lead Field Superintendent - Large Multifamily Project

Horizon Construction Group is seeking a Lead Field Superintendent for a large multifamily project in Bettendorf, Iowa. As a premier General Contractor partnered with Continental Properties, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional multi-family housing projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all project field operations, subcontractors, material deliveries, and labor.
• Ensure timely project completion and punch list fulfillment.
• Maintain project schedules and communicate daily progress.
• Lead on-site Horizon staff and collaborate with the project team.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of ten years' experience in construction, specializing in large-scale multi-family projects.
• OSHA30 and First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon employment.
• Proficient in all construction facets, from earthwork to finishes.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Exceptional problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Compensation

Yearly Salary: $95,000 - $130,000
