Job Description:

The Lead Human Resources Technology Analyst specializing in Workday will have a crucial role in supporting Discover's Human Capital Management processes. As an expert in Workday and related HR technologies, the primary focus will be to ensure optimal operation, configuration, and ongoing improvements to the Workday Human Capital Management System, meeting both employee needs and business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead configuration and solutioning in partnership with Product owners
  • Collaborate with People Analytics for reporting and dashboard enhancements
  • Work closely with IT on integrations and building of Workday Extend apps
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to HR Technology Analysts
  • Support Workday release management and identify enhancement solutions
  • Manage project oversight for various initiatives
  • Research and implement HR system trends and technologies
  • Recommend process improvements and policy changes
  • Resolve issues with HR systems and ensure data quality
  • Drive continuous improvement and service excellence within the functional area

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Human Resources
  • 6+ years of experience with Human Capital Management Systems
  • 3+ years of configuration knowledge in multiple Workday modules
  • 2+ years of advanced excel experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday partner or Pro Certification strongly desired
  • Effective communication skills for consultation with stakeholders
  • 2+ years of Workday consulting or implementation experience
  • EIBs and Calculated fields experience preferred
  • Experience with Agile scrum methodology, Service Now, or Jira applications

Compensation: Base pay ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00 with additional incentives based on various factors.
