JOB DESCRIPTION
PHM Brands is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for the 1st shift to oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the physical assets of the property, ensuring smooth operations of site services, and performing repairs and services on manufacturing equipment.
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and execute reliability excellence and maintenance activities for multiple properties.
- Conduct troubleshooting, preventive and predictive maintenance for plant/buildings equipment.
- Assist in configuring and troubleshooting PLC programs and process instruments.
- Support building and wiring control panels for machinery per blueprints and schematics.
- Diagnose faults in mechanical devices, conduct preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot malfunctions.
- Collaborate with plant floor employees, engineering, and maintenance team members.
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS=GuideTi).
- Preference for predictive maintenance experience and agriculture industry knowledge.
- Strong electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics knowledge.
- Proficiency in scheduling maintenance, diagnosing faults, and repairing equipment.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Siemens, and Allen Bradley software.
