Manufactured Systems Assembly Lead

We are looking for a skilled Manufactured Systems Assembly Lead to join CMC Rescue Inc. As the lead in manufactured systems assembly, you will ensure the accurate and efficient completion of life safety systems while supporting the assembly team and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, commitment to quality, and expertise in CMC products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to safety policies and practices.
• Lead the completion of jobs in the manufactured systems assembly area.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to the assembly team.
• Maintain inventory organization and cleanliness in the assembly area.
• Coordinate assembly activities and flow of systems.
• Work according to production schedules and ensure on-time job completion.
• Inspect assemblies for accuracy and quality.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of production experience with supervisory skills.
• Experience with Lean production environments preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
