Join our team at ATN International Inc as a Network Systems Engineer based in Castle Rock, CO. As a vital member of our telecommunications network team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient architecture and holistic operation of our network, focusing on providing reliable communication services to underserved communities in the rural Southwest. You must possess exceptional problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to address the unique needs of rural areas.
Responsibilities
- Manage network performance, security, and reliability using various management tools.
- Administer Privileged Access Management applications for network elements.
- Identify and resolve network issues with a focus on uninterrupted service for rural customers.
- Configure, optimize, and maintain network systems tailored to rural community needs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations and changes.
- Plan and execute network system upgrades while ensuring stability and performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Linux System Administration experience.
- Proficiency in network monitoring systems and scripting programs.
- Database experience with a strong understanding of telecommunications technologies.
- Proficiency in programming/markup languages.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Windows Server Administration.
- Knowledge of PAM systems and centralized log management.
- Experience with multi-zone DNS and container management systems.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools.

Compensation & Benefits
- Hiring Compensation Range: $100,000 - $140,000 Yearly Salary.
