Partnership Manager - (Chandler/Phoenix, AZ)

Job Description

NovaSource Power Services, a leading renewable energy service partner, is seeking a Partnership Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance optimization of solar assets. This role involves managing client relationships, maximizing asset profitability, resolving issues, and driving innovation in solar operations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Monitor and optimize financial and technical performance metrics.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in solar O&M practices.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of financial principles and budget management.
• 5-10 years of experience in renewable energy or related industries.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Travel

Up to 25% travel required per year (domestic & international).
