Great Strides Holdco Inc. is seeking a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team at Great Strides Rehabilitation, an outpatient pediatric clinic located in Jacksonville, Florida. As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work with children, focusing on those with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental diagnoses, to provide high-quality and comprehensive therapy services.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team of therapists and professionals.
• Provide occupational therapy services to children, emphasizing a patient-centered approach.
• Participate in mentorship programs to support professional development.
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of therapy practices and patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Florida.
• Prior experience in pediatric Occupational Therapy preferred but not required.
• Strong commitment to quality care and professional growth.
