As an FDA 503B outsourcing facility, we offer customized medications to healthcare facilities nationwide. The Pharmacist role involves overseeing daily compounding activities within the cleanroom, supervising technicians, and collaborating with the quality unit.

Responsibilities

• Supervise compounding, labeling, and daily pharmacy operations.
• Maintain accurate logs of controlled substances and compounding records.
• Ensure compounding is performed according to SOPs and batch record directions.
• Collaborate with the quality unit on pharmacy events and deviation investigations.
• Manage sterile admixture preparation and enforce personnel policies.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
• Active Pharmacist License in home state (AR and CT).
• 2+ years of sterile compounding experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to supervise compounding in a clean room environment.

Desired Skills

• Attention to detail and ability to adapt to new protocols.
• Proficiency in gowning procedures and sterile Personal Protective Equipment.
• Physical capability to handle up to 40+ pounds and stand for extended periods.
