Job Description

Johns Manville Corp - Berkshire Hathaway is seeking a talented Preferred Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team. As a member of the Roofing Systems Preferred Accounts team, you will manage business development efforts, drive account management activities for key clients, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver superior customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Establish JM as a trusted partner for clients and prospects.
  • Develop strategies to convert prospects into long-term Preferred Account clients.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers to increase JM's market share.
  • Support JM sales team efforts and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of roofing/construction industry experience.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience in business development and national account sales.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with commercial building owners and specifiers.
  • Expertise in new business development and sales techniques.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of commercial roofing competitor products.
