Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Preferred Accounts Manager to join the dynamic team at Johns Manville Corp, a member of the prestigious Berkshire Hathaway family. In this role, you will be responsible for business development, selling efforts, and account management for key clients in the roofing industry.
Responsibilities
- Establish JM as an industry leader and trusted partner.
- Identify, cultivate, and convert prospect accounts into long-term clients.
- Develop multi-level relationships within existing accounts to increase business.
- Support sales efforts by driving JM position and preference.
- Provide enhanced services to deliver superior customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in roofing/construction industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience in business development and national account sales.
- Ability to navigate complex selling situations.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.

- Experience with commercial building owners and specifiers.
- Proficiency in advanced sales techniques.
