Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with management on analytical initiatives, providing thought leadership and strategic thinking.
- Utilize techniques such as segmentation, optimization, advanced analytics, and machine learning to solve business problems.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, escalating issues and ensuring goals are met.
- Lead development and implementation of advanced analytics, customer segmentation, and machine learning algorithms.
- Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, Optimization, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, Optimization, or related field.

Compensation
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $126,500.00 to $177,300.00, with additional incentives based on factors such as experience, education, and skill level.
