Process Engineering Manager

Job Description

Johns Manville Corp, a member of the Berkshire Hathaway family of companies, is seeking a talented Process Engineering Manager to join the team in Tucson, AZ. The Process Engineering Manager will lead technical and engineering resources, ensuring alignment with production demand and driving innovation in product and process development.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering disciplines and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate staff to maintain technical capability.
• Work on technical projects with cross-functional teams and drive manufacturing process enhancements.
• Analyze capacity, limitations, and recommend improvements for existing and new products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 10+ years of industrial and technical management experience.
• Master’s degree and PE license preferred.
• Exposure to glass manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
