• Identify insights in the recruiting landscape to drive business growth.
• Develop user feedback mechanisms to enhance product performance.
• Oversee feature prioritization, bug monitoring, and agile development practices.
• Conduct A/B tests to boost conversion rates and engagement metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in digital or e-commerce.
• Proficiency in roadmap creation, stakeholder coordination, and technical skills.
• Strong relationship-building, requirement interpretation, and agile development expertise.
• Problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication, time management, and detail-oriented skills.
• Bachelor's degree and proficiency in MS Office.
