Job Description

Ethan Conrad Properties Inc is looking for a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the construction phase of commercial projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring project success by managing various project aspects and collaborating with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project success, supervise project team members.
• Procure bids, award subcontracts, and ensure job cost accuracy.
• Review project requirements, coordinate with consultants, facilitate design decisions.
• Ensure compliance with protocols, evaluate value engineering options.
• Participate in project timelines, budget preparation, and ongoing reviews.
• Coordinate with agencies, review and provide feedback on project drawings.
• Prepare close out documents, track schedule progress, and manage recovery plans.
• Required travel to Salinas and surrounding areas bi-monthly.

Requirements

Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, minimum 3 years in preconstruction or 5 years in construction management.

Skills: Strong team building, interpersonal, decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiating skills. Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office.
