Mayroad, an asset management company with over 20 years of experience, is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician Generalist to join our team. The Generalist Maintenance Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential properties and other assets, ensuring the highest standards are met. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on residential properties, community amenities, and other assets
• Respond to emergency, urgent, and routine work orders promptly
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure resident satisfaction
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to uphold property standards
• Utilize Mobile Work Order app for efficient task management
• Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems
• Enhance building appearance through painting, repairs, and finishing work
• Identify and eliminate safety hazards to ensure resident safety
• Participate in on-call and after-hours services as required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED; 3+ years of general residential maintenance experience
• Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks
• Ability to obtain HVAC/Steam certification within 12 months of hire
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and safety-conscious
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check and drug test
• Customer service mindset and strong communication skills
