Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to join our team at SHP Management Corp. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all property functions, managing tenant communications, performing necessary certifications, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Manage tenant communications and handle all necessary certifications.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and prepare for audits and inspections.
• Collect rent, address delinquencies, and oversee tenant move-ins and move-outs.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors for property maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of Project-based Section 8 or tax credit experience.
• COS, AHM, or ARM designation desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Team player with strong organizational and communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 100 lbs.
• Walking, sitting, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to climb, crawl, squat, kneel, and bend as needed.

Management Duties

• Hire and supervise administrative and maintenance staff.
• Provide training and support to staff members.
• Complete performance reviews and handle disciplinary actions as necessary.
