We are seeking a talented Senior Group Sales Manager to join our team at Black Desert Resort. This remote position is based out of the Greater Salt Lake City area and offers a competitive salary starting at $100,000 + annual bonus, with adjustments based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement innovative sales strategies to drive revenue and nurture client relationships.
• Sell guest rooms, meeting spaces, and services to customer groups, ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.
• Collaborate with Marketing to identify growth opportunities and new business prospects.
• Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and work with other departments to enhance market expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the luxury hotel industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and strategic sales planning abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
