Senior OnBase Developer

Job Description

Princeton University is looking for a talented Senior OnBase Developer to join its central IT team. As a Senior OnBase Developer, you will be responsible for supporting, developing, integrating solutions on the OnBase by Hyland enterprise platform. You will collaborate with the OnBase team to create, test, debug, migrate, maintain, and support solutions for campus users. This position involves enhancing existing solutions, providing application support, and assisting with OnBase administration tasks. The role also requires working on interface development, solution design, and project delivery from development to production.

Responsibilities

• Leverage OnBase API, C#, and VBScript to enhance solutions.
• Develop interfaces between OnBase and other applications.
• Work on workflow, document management, and forms within OnBase.
• Prepare technical requirements and design solutions.
• Maintain and refine existing content management solutions.
• Build reports using Hyland Report Services and SQL scripting.
• Provide backup for OnBase application administration.
• Lead projects and act as a solution analyst for customer projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with key users and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in enterprise content management.
• Experience with SDLC methodology and ECM modules.
• Proficiency in OnBase API, C#, VBScript, and SQL scripting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Analytical mindset and commitment to customer service.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; OnBase by Hyland certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years working experience with OnBase by Hyland.
• OnBase certifications and familiarity with related software.
• Experience with enterprise software administration and tools.
• Knowledge of Service Now, SharePoint, and higher education settings.
