As a crucial part of our kitchen team, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure the highest standards of food quality, efficiency, and staff development. This position demands creativity, strong culinary expertise, and effective leadership to maintain our culinary excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute high-quality, innovative menus in alignment with the club's culinary standards.
  • Supervise food preparation to ensure consistency and adherence to recipes.
  • Oversee kitchen operations for efficiency, cleanliness, and food safety.
  • Lead and mentor culinary team members to promote excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments for special events and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end culinary environment.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Passion for culinary arts and delivering outstanding dining experiences.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and commitment to cleanliness and food safety.

Compensation Details:

Yearly Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
