Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Universal Banker to join International State Bank of Raton. As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for accurately completing financial transactions, opening accounts, providing excellent customer service, and recommending financial solutions to meet customer needs. This role requires building trust-based relationships with clients, achieving sales goals, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with various banking transactions, inquiries, and account openings.
- Perform transfers, loan payments, and support Treasury Management services.
- Cross-sell banking products and services to enhance customer relationships.
- Meet or exceed sales and referral targets.
- Maintain knowledge of bank regulations and procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, teller, or loan processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and 10-Key.
- Detail-oriented with strong customer service and communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hiring range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour.
