Job Description
Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living, the 2nd largest continuing care retirement community in the United States, is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Dining Services. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the dining room, café operations, and kitchen efficiency, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and develop restaurant and café staff.
- Ensure high-quality food presentation and service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout dining and kitchen areas.
- Contribute to resident and employee satisfaction initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in dining management.
- Bachelor's degree in Restaurant Management or Hospitality preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple dining rooms and staff effectively.
- Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
