Job Description

Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living, the 2nd largest continuing care retirement community in the United States, is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Dining Services. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the dining room, café operations, and kitchen efficiency, ensuring top-notch service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and develop restaurant and café staff.
  • Ensure high-quality food presentation and service standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout dining and kitchen areas.
  • Contribute to resident and employee satisfaction initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in dining management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Restaurant Management or Hospitality preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple dining rooms and staff effectively.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
