Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Nurse Manager to join our team at the Emergency Department in Northwest Hospital. As a key member of our nursing leadership, you will be responsible for coordinating resources to ensure quality service to all customers while reflecting our mission, vision, and philosophy.
Summary
The Northwest Hospital Emergency Department is a fast-paced environment that treats major and minor illnesses, with a rapid care area designated for minor conditions. The team handles a high volume of patients and provides care for various health issues, including cardiac, stroke, behavioral health, and orthopedic injuries.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate resources to maintain quality service standards.
- Assess patient status and implement clinical interventions effectively.
- Provide leadership to nursing staff.
Requirements
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and CPR/BLS Certifications.
