Job Description

Join our mission-driven team at Sevita as a Caregiver, where you will provide community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Caregiver, you will have the rewarding opportunity to help people grow, learn, and live well, building meaningful relationships and supporting individuals with diverse needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and support them in daily activities.
• Help participants engage in the community and enjoy favorite activities.
• Support developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Provide compassionate care to individuals with behavioral challenges.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills in Assisted Living, Home Health, Nursing Home, or related caregiving fields.
• Must be patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
