Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Caregiver, you will provide quality care and personalized services to seniors and their families, creating meaningful relationships and enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote Risk Management programs.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED and previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
