Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role will involve building relationships, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Maintain resident safety and well-being throughout the shift.
• Respond to dining needs and uphold hospitality standards.

Qualifications
