Job Description
We are looking for caring individuals to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living as Caregivers. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role involves building meaningful relationships, attending to individual care needs, and enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Build impactful relationships with seniors and their families.
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
- Ensure residents' safety and well-being throughout the shift.
- Support community compliance with safety regulations and Risk Management programs.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a collaborative team environment.
- High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required in some states.
- Previous experience with seniors is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
