As a Care Manager, you will provide quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role involves building meaningful relationships, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to a group of seniors, meeting their individual needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with the team to develop Individualized Service Plans and ensure residents' well-being.
• Participate in life enriching activities and maintain a safe and supportive environment.
• Adhere to safety regulations and promote a culture of hospitality and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a team.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required based on state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
