Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with assigned seniors and their families, attending to their individual care needs.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and ensure residents' well-being and safety.
• Engage residents in life skills and enriching activities, promoting a vibrant community atmosphere.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and Sunrise service standards.

Qualifications

• Passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with flexibility and a positive attitude.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications as per state requirements.
• Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
