Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents and their families.
• Participate in creating Individualized Service Plans and ensuring resident safety and satisfaction.
• Engage residents in enriching activities and dining experiences.
• Adhere to Sunrise hospitality standards and principles of service.

Qualifications

• Passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• High school diploma/GED, with relevant certifications as required.
• Previous experience with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
