Job Description

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are seeking dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role will involve building relationships, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Attend to individual care needs and preferences.
• Notify management of changes in condition and recommend care adjustments.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' safety and well-being throughout the shift.
• Support community compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist residents with dining and life enriching activities.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility in duties.
• High School diploma/GED (may be required).
• Previous experience with seniors is preferred.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to make decisions in residents' best interests.
