Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and support to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with assigned seniors and their families.
• Attend to individual care needs and preferences of residents.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' well-being and safety throughout the shift.
• Promote a supportive and enriching environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
