Caregiver

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. You will build meaningful relationships with seniors, assist with daily activities, and ensure their well-being and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and their families, attending to care needs and preferences.
• Notify management of changes in condition and recommend necessary adjustments.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' safety and well-being, responding to their needs with Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment with a positive and flexible attitude.
• High School diploma or equivalent; certifications may be required based on state regulations.
• Previous experience with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
