Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is looking for a dedicated Caregiver Lead to join our team. As the Lead Care Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting a group of Care Managers to ensure quality care and services for our residents. This role involves a variety of essential responsibilities, including providing ADL care, supporting team members, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. The Lead Care Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff and residents, promoting effective communication, and contributing to the overall well-being of our community.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, residents, and families
- Previous experience working with seniors
- Demonstrated leadership competencies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant applications
