Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking Caregivers/Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing top-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This role involves building meaningful relationships with seniors, assisting with daily activities, and contributing to their overall well-being and happiness.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with residents, attend to care needs, and learn individual preferences.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to management.
- Participate in activity planning and implementation for residents' enrichment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a supportive community environment.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team setting.
- High School diploma or GED; certifications may be required.
- Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
