Responsibilities

• Deliver primary care services in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.
• Participate in telephone call duties.
• Provide quality patient care following best practices and guidelines.

Requirements

• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Experience in Family Medicine is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
