Clinical Response Coordinator (RN-Paramedic)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Response Coordinator (RN-Paramedic) to join our team at Mid South Transplant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the organ and tissue donation process, working with donor hospitals to assess initial suitability for donation. Your responsibilities will include on-site visits, evaluating medical records, and communicating with hospital and physician teams to facilitate the donation process.

Working Hours

This is a full-time position with 12 to 15 days of work per month, including a 24-hour call schedule. Availability for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience as an RN in an ICU setting or as an Advanced EMT/Paramedic. A degree in a medical or related field is acceptable, with a minimum of 2 years of clinical or hospital experience preferred. The salary ranges from $60k/yr to $74k/yr based on experience.
