We are looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role will involve building relationships with seniors, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring the well-being of residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized assistance and care to designated residents.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates.
• Maintain resident safety and well-being by adhering to care plans and safety regulations.
• Support residents in life skills and enriching activities.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED with relevant certifications where required.
• Prior experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions in the best interest of residents.
