Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated CT Technologist to join our team at Corewell Health on a full-time, night shift basis. As a CT Technologist, you will perform diagnostic CT exams following established procedures and guidelines to ensure the best possible images for interpretation while prioritizing patient and family-centered care. In this role, you will work in a dynamic environment where your clinical skills and attention to detail are essential.
Responsibilities
- Verify patient identification and physician orders.
- Acquire accurate patient history and provide procedural information to patients and families.
- Operate CT imaging equipment proficiently and perform necessary quality control testing.
- Monitor patient safety during procedures and ensure STAT requests are relayed promptly.
Qualifications
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Certification by ARRT required, additional CT certification within 1 year of hire.
- Basic Life Support Certification for Healthcare Providers.
Working Conditions
