Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, safety inspections, and repairs on school buses.
- Diagnose and repair vehicle components including brakes, suspensions, and transmissions.
- Ensure accurate completion of work orders.
- Participate in mobile emergency services as needed.
Qualifications
- 1-5 years of automotive or diesel maintenance experience or technical school education.
- Possess a mechanic's tool set.
- Willingness to obtain CDL and participate in the ASE certification program.
- Subject to DOT drug testing and physical requirements.
