Kate's K9 Pet Care is seeking a responsible and caring individual to join our team as a Dog Walker. As a Pet Care Professional, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe and positive environment for our clients' dogs and providing detailed care for their cats and other small animals. This position offers the flexibility to earn a competitive salary while enjoying the companionship of pets.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and positive walking environment for our clients' dogs.
• Provide detailed and attentive care for our clients' cats and other small animals.
• Perform house-sitting duties as requested by the client.
• Transport client pets.
• Candidates with evening, weekend, and holiday availability preferred.
• Remain flexible to accommodate changes in client demand week to week.

Compensation

• $19 - $21 / hour (based on previous staff wages and potential earning bonuses).
• $2200 - $2700 / month. Staff will earn bonuses for obtaining Pet First Aid and Pet CPR certifications. Time and a half on holidays and when servicing short-notice requests. Client gratuity with 100% of client tips going to staff.
• Bonuses for client/staff referrals and reaching performance goals. Work materials will be provided (treats, poop bags, etc.).
