Full-Time LPN - Champaign County (Urbana, OH)

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time LPN to join our team in Champaign County (Urbana, OH) at CRSI. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing in-home developmental disability services for adults. Your responsibilities will include:

• Completing routine assessments.
• Administering medications and treatments.
• Treating illnesses and injuries.
• Communicating with physicians, receiving orders, and transcribing when needed.
• Participating in Admission and Discharge planning.

Requirements for this position include a current LPN or RN license, a valid driver's license, insurance, and a high school diploma or GED. Starting pay is $26.50/hr with a $3000 sign-on bonus, $3000 referral bonus, and paid training provided. Some locations require the COVID vaccine based on Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services guidelines.
