Responsibilities
- Oversee all restaurant operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Supervise and train restaurant staff, conduct performance evaluations, and manage schedules.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, food, and beverage costs, and collaborate with chefs on menu development.
Requirements
