Mekiko Cantina is seeking a talented General Manager to lead our restaurant operations and drive customer satisfaction. As a crucial member of our team, you will oversee daily activities, manage staff, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all restaurant operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Supervise and train restaurant staff, conduct performance evaluations, and manage schedules.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory, food, and beverage costs, and collaborate with chefs on menu development.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

  • Proficiency in restaurant technology and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of food handling, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
