Sevita - Group Home Caregiver
Salary: $13.00 per hour
Sevita, a leading provider of home and community-based specialized health care, is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to join our team in Wausau, WI, and Weston, WI. As a caregiver at Sevita, you will have the opportunity to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, supporting participants in reaching developmental goals, and fostering community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support to participants based on their unique needs.
- Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
- Support participants in achieving personal development goals.
- Promote community inclusion and engagement for participants.
Requirements
- No High School Diploma required.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Compassionate, patient, reliable, and responsible demeanor.
- Driver's license preferred but not required.
